 The potential health benefits of hemp, therefore, come mainly from its seeds. 
Hemp seeds are high in soluble and insoluble fiber. Hemp seeds contain many nutrients, including protein, minerals (such as magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc), and vitamins.

Uses

Of course you can use them as food as mentioned above. They are great for adding to breads, cakes, pasta, and any other baked goods.  They are great addition for animal feed. You can press them for the oil which has many of it’s own uses. The shells can be pressed into pellets and also used for animal feed.
Grind them up and use them for protine powder. And many other uses.
